'Tis the season to be jolly….with some sweet, hot, baking--of course!
Everyone has those favorite treats they love to make around the holidays, and this class will introduce you to some of mine. You’ll learn proper mixing techniques for enriched doughs and cookies, while enjoying the delicious aromas and unique flavors of some European classics from my kitchen.
Products covered during this workshop include:
Pumpkin Brioche, Stollen, Panettone, and Swiss Festliche Guetzli (festive Swiss cookies).
